Here at Strive for Fitness our number one focus is getting the best out of the individuals that we train. We pride ourselves on getting that extra % to help members achieve success through our program.

As a Strive for Fitness member you can expect to be training alongside people of similar fitness levels as all of our groups have groups within the group according to your current fitness level – beginner, intermediate and advanced. This is a big strength of ours and sets us apart from other training groups.

My Style:
Our training sessions are constant and intense but achievable for everyone. I do understand that group training can be intimidating at first that’s why members are placed into groups within the main group according to current fitness levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced.


Our sessions have the right balance between our running program and the strength workouts to give members optimal opportunity to achieve great success and results from our program.

Our Training Values:
The expectations of the groups are extremely high and as instructors we enforce discipline for the greater success of the group and keep the standards we value.
